Bottles

Avent feeding bottles have been clinically proven to be less fussing than other bottles for 2 weeks old babies.

The teat is naturally shaped and baby can control milk flow more like normal breastfeeding, making it easier to combine breast and bottle.

The unique skirt on the Avent teat naturaly flexes to allow air into the bottle, allowing milk to to flow throughout feeding.

You’ll hear a gentle whistling sound and can see air bubbles burst on the surface of the milk. That’s the sign that air is being released into the bottle – not into your baby’s tummy.

Dense, durable polycarbonate plastic holds up to boiling, dishwasher and microwave use. Clear markings on the side of the bottle insure accurate feeding measurements.

New Avent bottles are BPA (Bisphenol A) free – first introduced by Philips Avent in 2008. Since February 2010 Philips only manufacture feeding solutions with BPA-free materials. This includes all reusable baby bottles, pacifiers and breast pumps. To help parents, packaging clearly states that products are BPA-free.
